Link management platform Rebrandly has joined the IWF to support the “critical mission” to identify and remove child sexual abuse from the internet.

Rebrandly, which provides a free URL Shortener Platform with custom domains to shorten a long link, joined the IWF as members in December 2023.

Susie Hargreaves OBE, chief executive of the Internet Watch Foundation, said: “More than ever, we need to work together to keep children safe on the internet.

“It is important for everyone to show they are allies in this fight, and to provide a united front against the criminals who spread imagery of the sexual abuse of children, and profit from their suffering and misery.

“Rebrandly shares our commitment to upholding the security and safety children deserve online. With their help, we will continue the battle to make the internet a hostile place for predators and abusers, and will do all we can to make sure children can learn, live, socialise, and play in peace online.”

Carla Bourque, CEO of Rebrandly, said: “As the leading link management platform, Rebrandly is committed to making the internet a safer space, removing abuse, and protecting the most vulnerable in society.

“We have partnered with the IWF to support their critical mission to identify and remove online abuse from the internet. We are grateful for their support and dedication to the cause.”
