Contact a Payroll Giving Agency to set up a scheme (See link below).
Once you’ve set up a scheme, employees will be able to sign up to start donating to Internet Watch Foundation (or any other charity they choose). See below for some ideas of how to promote Payroll Giving to your employees.
On payday, your payroll department will take the donation directly from their gross salary.
Donations are then sent from your organisation to the Payroll Giving Agency, who will transfer the funds to your employees’ chosen charities.
