At the New Zealand Domain Name Commission, we aim to keep the .nz domain name space safe, trusted and secure. Ridding the .nz domain name zone of child explicit sexual abuse material is our major priority, and IWF threat feeds are an invaluable early warning system for us. We appreciate the opportunity to learn from other country code top-level domain name administrators' and organisations' effort to disrupt this harmful material from circulating online. We believe that this a global issue that requires local responses made stronger by the whole global network being greater than the sum of individual parts. Access to the IWF violations reports and intel information helps us to collaborate with New Zealand law enforcement agencies and for them to act against the circulation of child sexual abuse materials associated with .nz domain names.
