Internet Security/Malware

Internet Security has become a very important aspect for everyone who uses the internet, whether it is for work, play, education or a mixture of all three.

Internet security issues include; viruses, trojans, key loggers, spy-ware and others. These are commonly known as Malware. There are a number of ways of combating these online problems, these include ISP provided solutions and software and hardware solutions.

The IWF is unable to recommend any internet security packages, however, some of our members do offer such packages and we would suggest that it is in the best interest of all users that they use security measures to protect their computer from harm. Please check our member list and consider the services they offer. Some sites you might like to consider that could offer guidance and help are Microsoft, Yahoo, AOL and Orange.

For more information on Spyware and other similar malware, please visit this helpful site. At this site they provide information about the malware and also offer some advice and recomendations on software packages that can remove the program from your computer.
