UK adult internet users: 2008 research report
Research was commissioned by the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) in September 2008 to provide the following insights and information:
The research is based on 1,000 interviews with adult men and women in the UK as a representative and significant sample of UK adult internet users. Interviews were split between six age categories and conducted across ten regions including Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. The research was conducted online and each interview lasted approximately 15 minutes. All interviews were carried out in strict accordance with the MRS Code of Conduct. Fieldwork was carried out in September 2008 by Coleman Parkes Research.
