As our Head of Data and Insights you will play a critical role in advancing the Internet Watch Foundation’s mission by unlocking the full potential of the data and intelligence we hold.
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to shape how we understand and respond to the growing and evolving threats which children and young people face online. You’ll lead a small quality assurance and data team to transform IWF’s unique data into powerful insights that shape policy, influence dialogue, and drive strategic decision-making.
You will have responsibility for the quality and integrity of IWF data, working with the QA and Data team to develop analytics, dashboards, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. You will be involved in all aspects of the data lifecycle, from collection to analysis, ensuring good data governance and data literacy across the organisation. This includes embedding a culture of data excellence across teams. Your leadership will help ensure our insights are trusted, actionable, and aligned with our mission to protect children and make the internet safer.

We’re looking for a bright, energetic Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations and provide general office cover. You’ll bring strong organisational skills, a friendly and approachable personality, and the ability to prioritise a busy workload. This is a varied role where you’ll work face-to-face, on the phone and online to keep the IWF’s office and events running seamlessly.

Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you’ll be responsible for:
Ensuring the smooth operation of the office and events, including setup and takedown.
Booking travel and meetings, and providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team where required.
