Salary: £25,750 per annum + benefits (generous annual leave, pension scheme, life assurance, private healthcare, cycle-to-work scheme, on-site parking)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week. Office-based. We are a family-friendly employer and take a flexible approach to work patterns around personal commitments.

We’re looking for a bright, energetic Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations and provide general office cover. You’ll bring strong organisational skills, a friendly and approachable personality, and the ability to prioritise a busy workload. This is a varied role where you’ll work face-to-face, on the phone and online to keep the IWF’s office and events running seamlessly.

Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you’ll be responsible for:

Ensuring the smooth operation of the office and events, including setup and takedown.

Booking travel and meetings, and providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team where required.
